Owner
As the owner of Mantena AS, the Norwegian State, through
the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries, is a related party. Other enterprises owned by the State will also be related parties to Mantena AS.

Members of the company’s management or Board of Directors are also related parties with Mantena AS.
