The Managing Director is a member of the company’s defined-contribution pension scheme, which covers all employees.
The premium for this has not been identified and so is not included in the figures above. In the Managing Director’s contract of period of 6 months has been agreed, from the first day of the month after notice was given.
Payroll costs are related to each person’s salary in their time as Managing Director in 2021.
Other remuneration includes costs related to the company’s defined-contribution pension scheme.
