Petter Trønnes
Board member (employee representative)
Petter Trønnes is a skilled worker at Mantena and chairs the national council of workshop technicians within the Norwegian Union of Railway Workers. Trønnes is also senior union representative, and has been an elected officer since 2003. Trønnes started as an apprentice plumber at the NSB workshop in Grorud in 1989, and has since worked there as a plumber and mechanic.
Kjell Næss
Board member (employee representative)
Kjell Næss is deputy chairman of the Norwegian Union of Railway Workers and chairs the transport policy committee of the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions. He holds a number
of board positions, including in Lillo Boligstiftelse, Jernhuset, Jernbanepersonalets Samfundsbygning and Turheimforeningen. Næss has a degree in business administration from BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo and is also a qualified plumber and automation engineer.

Jomar Morten Kvitland
Board member (employee representative)
Jomar Morten Kvitland is a senior welder with Mantena. He is also head of Statsbanenes Verkstedforening in Trondheim and deputy chairman of the national council of workshop technicians within the Norwegian Union of Railway Workers. Kvitland is a long-standing union representative.
